Yes. You approve a fixed quote against an agreed scope before any work starts. If you later want extras beyond that scope, we quote them separately before doing anything.
You pay R500/month (Starter), R800/month (Growth) or from R1 300/month (Custom) instead of the once-off price. Hosting, the domain and maintenance (security and software updates) are all included. Nothing is due upfront apart from your first month, and there's no long-term contract. It's a subscription: the site and domain stay ours, and your site stays live for as long as you're on the plan. The full terms are in your quote.
Monthly if you'd rather keep cash in the business and have one price that covers the website, hosting, the domain and maintenance, for as long as you keep paying. Once-off if you'd rather pay for the build and own the site and domain outright, and arrange hosting and your domain as separate running costs.
On a once-off package, yes. Once it's paid, the site and your domain are yours, and we hand over the logins, so you can take them anywhere. On a monthly plan, no: you're subscribing, not buying. The site and domain stay ours, and your site stays live for as long as you keep paying. If you want to own it outright, choose once-off.
On a once-off package you can start with a 50% deposit and pay the balance when the site goes live. On a monthly plan there is no deposit: you pay your first month to start.
On a monthly plan, hosting, the domain and maintenance are already in the price. On a once-off package, hosting and your domain are not included: a domain is about R100–R200 a year for a .co.za, and hosting roughly R50–R300 a month, depending on the platform. We recommend what fits your budget and set the costs out in your quote. Extras beyond your scope, such as content or SEO updates, are always quoted upfront.
Yes. Every site is built on solid foundations, so bookings, an online store or custom features can be added later without starting over.
Maintenance is included on every monthly plan. On a once-off package, and for content and SEO updates on any plan, we price what you need in your quote rather than forcing a one-size plan on you.
